Contest & Vendor Applications
All applications for the 2013 festival must be postmarked by July 15, 2013.
We have one small change for the 2013 Application process. If you are a vendor who sells food items that are NOT intended to be consumed on the field (dips, maple syrup, oils, pies, bread, apples, cheese, etc.) you have a new application. Email Angie at Food@PaAppleCheese.com for the correct application. The craft application is ONLY for NON-FOOD items.

Please read these rules carefully!
Returning vendors will receive an application in the mail. If you are a returning vendor and you would like to save paper and postage by NOT receiving a hard copy of the application in the mail, please email Mary at firstname.lastname@example.org and tell her that you do not need to receive an application in the mail.
All returning food vendors will receive their applications soon. If you do not see your application by March 15, please email Angie at email@example.com. or call 570-673-PAAC (7222) to request a new application. If you would prefer to receive your application electronically you can email Angie at Food@PaAppleCheese.com and you will receive your application by email.
If you are interested in becoming a new food vendor please email Angie at Food@PaAppleCheese.com and provide the following information: Business name, address, a comprehensive menu of food that you would like to serve and a description of your booth (trailer, tent, smokers, grills, etc.). Please be aware that we do our best to prevent redundant menu items. Preference will be given to new vendors with unique items that are not currently being sold at the festival by returning vendors. Also, we have very limited space and therefore we prefer that vendors use tents instead of trailers or concession trucks.
